I apologize for being late in sharing my feedback, as those smiling faces truly deserved it earlier.What stood out most about this hotel was the exceptional reception staff. A special thanks to Nishwan ( I may not be sure about his name a morning team) a genuinely kind and supportive gentleman. Even though I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, he went out of his way to make my check-in possible, which meant a lot after a long journey.At checkout, I was pleasantly accompanied by the ever cheerful Faris, whose friendly and humorous nature made the farewell just as memorable as the welcome. Both of these gentlemen truly enhance the guest experience and make the stay feel warm and personal.I would also like to acknowledge a female team member at the reception (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name). Her calm guidance and thoughtful gestures toward her colleagues clearly helped resolve situations smoothly , quiet leadership that doesn’t go unnoticed.Overall, it’s people like these who turn a stay into a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism.

The internet was very poor

Clean room good staff and comfortable Bed. Hotel breakfast is SR 40 per person lots of good choices

Eventough provides hourly shuttle services still need to walk 1.8 KM to Haram Also most of prying time when come back either need to wait for next hour or pay taxi since shuttle time does not support for example if Magrib is at 5:39 pm after completing unable to reach Shuttle dedicated stop before 6:15 pm and need to wait for new shuttle at 7:15.

Breakfast, while i told your person, Booking.com advised me to pay SAR120 to include breakfast. but your employee did not support.

The hotel is far from Masjid al Haram with no proper shuttle service.

Very good hotel to stay and comfortable and respectful staff. The Haram is walking distance of 20 mins and there is shuttle bus that drop you 5 mins walking from Haram entrance. I like to stay at the property and it has been a choice for 3 times.

It is close to the haram! Only a few minutes walk after the shuttle drops you off.

The rooms are very very congested. They look fine in the photos, in reality they are extremely small and tight. Very little room to store your luggage or even move around. The housekeeping had done a poor job in cleaning our room. The sofa and table had stains on them and had not been cleaned before our arrival.

I had a good experience during my hotel stay. The front desk support staff were very good and polite. They answered all my queries and were always helpful. Especially, they are English-speaking professionals

The housekeeping service was clean, neat, and professional. However, there was some noise coming from the adjacent room

We asked for two queens beds and they gave us only one queen bed

They don’t clean the room at all, you have to call them for cleaning 5 times

The reception will not take care of any cleaning request

Amazing location and Amazing breakfaast with a very kind staff and awesome and clean rooms...they even have the same day laundry service and the most beautiful thing is they store your luggage when you go to Madinah and that was such a huge releief for me as i was travelling alone with a huge luggages. I loved everything about my stay at this place it is an amazing place to stay in Mecca.

The front desk staff were really horrible. The shuttle bus drops you off far away from the haram so you will be taking an uber/taxi to and from alharam. The rooms are never cleaned unless you personally find the housekeeping staff and tell them plus tip them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Location is pathetic. The rooms literally stink in the morning. The shuttle service will drop you at Masjid Jinn and Haram is quite far from there

King size bed with sofa, pretty good one with view of clock tower from the window. 30min walkable to haramm but there is shuttle every hour,

map location shows backside of the building, took us good extra 30 mins to navigate to the entry point. update the location properly on GPS.
